The Consular Section of the Embassy welcomes you. Here you will find the most frequently asked questions answered and other information.

   The Consul can communicate with you in English, French, Romanian and Russian. Persons speaking only Spanish or Italian will also be understood.

  We are open for visits from 09:30 to 12:30, Monday to Friday, except national holidays in Moldova.

   You can reach the Consul at the main number of the Embassy (+32 2 732 96 59). Please mind that outside opening hours the Consul can be out of the office for quite extensive time (i.g. to visit a citizen or other official business), and during interviews with visitors may not always be able to answer your call. Hence, it is advisable to call the main number and leave a message, or use the fax.

   However, the preferred channel of communication is e-mail - available 24/7. Thus, you can receive a reply in a short delay, it offers the possibility to send you attached forms and other documents, and provides record keeping . The address is: bruxelles@mfa.md
